What is NCC?
NCC (nano cellular concrete) is a type of high-performance lightweight concrete insulation material.
• Class A and 3 hours fire rating. Under 3000oC flame attack, no heat penetration can be found on 100 mm NCC wall core backside
• Excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation properties
• Good water resistance and freeze-thaw performance
• Breathable wall to avoid condensation
• In compliance with GB UFGS -035216, ASTM C332, JG/T536, JC/T 2458

• Surface decoration , windows & doors, as well as electrical pipelines, can be prefabricated all-in-one directly in prefab plants
• Diversified architectural design , combined and variable like LEGO
• Mobile factory prefabrication , efficient on-site assembly, saving construction time and labor cost by 80 %
• The lightweight envelope structure is assembled with modular walls, which reduces the load and design dimensions of the foundation and frame structure, making the overall cost lower than traditional construction methods.

LA-NCC THERMAL INSULATED WALL SYSTEM
